The Bladnoch Distillery presents in its new Galloway Collection a double-matured version of its single malt whisky, matured for 8 years in American oak red wine casks. Strawberry, jam, and spicy notes are Bladnoch's own keywords for the taste. (46.7%)
This Springbank is actually too good to be a collector's item, but of course it is: the old-school single malt whisky, vintage 1969, was bottled at a cask strength of 52.8% by Signatory Vintage in 1996 after having matured for 26 years in a sherry cask.

Looking for a nice old-school whisky? Well, this is it! It's a 21-year-old Springbank single malt, bottled in 2019 by Whiskybroker. The Campbeltonian matured in a refill sherry cask. Different from later Springbanks, but just as good! (57.4% ABV)
This Longrow single malt whisky, the peated version of Springbank's Campbeltown distillery, matured for 11 years in small casks. The smaller the casks, the greater the cask influence. Curious how that turned out in this bottling? (51.7%)
Almost forgotten again: the Longrow 100 Proof bottlings from Campbeltown distillery Springbank. But here's one to refresh your memory. This 10-year-old peated single malt is, of course, bottled at 100 proof, so at 57.1% ABV.
In 2019, the Japanese Ontake distillery distilled its first spirit. This included the spirit that, after maturing in first-fill sherry casks, was bottled as the Second Edition in 2025. A young, yet rich and warm dram with robust fruit notes. (43% ABV)
This Pisces is the first edition in the zodiac series of single malt whisky from Japan's Niigata Kameda Distillery. This young malt matured in a unique combination of casks: bourbon, palo cortado, and sherry brandy casks, and is bottled at 50.0% ABV.
The Saburomaru Distillery in Japan uses unique, cast Zemon pot stills. That, and the use of aged ale yeast alongside fresh yeast in the distillation of this bottling, gives this single malt whisky a full and complex flavour, despite its young age. (60%)
In 696 of these distinctive bottles, this Old Pulteney was released as a single-cask bottling. The single malt whisky from the two-century-old Highland distillery Pulteney matured from 2012 to 2025 in an Oloroso cask and is bottled at 54.5% cask strength.
Is this an Ardbeg? Or a whisky from one of the other two distilleries located along Kildalton Road on the whisky island of Islay? In any case, the single malt whisky in this Wave Farewell To 2025 bottling matured for 16 years in a bourbon cask. (52.1%)
This Ardmore is one of the whiskies with which bottler The Whisky Agency bids farewell to 2025. A fitting farewell! The Highland single malt whisky matured for 27 years in a bourbon hogshead. This resulted in a complex, pleasantly drinkable dram. At 50.7%
MacPhail's is a Gordon & MacPhail label. Whiskies from unnamed Scottish distilleries, matured in G&M casks, were released under this label as early as the 1980s. This is one of them: a single malt, 15 years old, sherry-matured, and at a great price! (40%
This is a mysterious Speyside single malt whisky, released as part of G&M's MacPhail's series. The malt matured for 12 years in the bottler's own sherry cask. For a great price, you get a very drinkable dram full of fruit, vanilla, and chocolate. (40%)
This BenRiach single malt whisky matured for 12 years in bourbon and Oloroso casks before being bottled by Signatory Vintage in the very affordable 100 Proof series. The Speysider has notes of autumn leaves, dried apricot, and a hint of spice. (57.1%)
This is edition no. 68 from Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof series, which stands out for its excellent value. It's a Linkwood single malt whisky matured for 12 years in first- and second-fill Oloroso casks. Bottled at 57.1% (which is 100 proof, of course).
This 9-year-old Glen Ord single malt whisky was released in Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof series (so, at 57.1% ABV). The Highlander matured in first- and second-fill Oloroso casks. For a great price, you get a well-sherried dram!
We're not revealing any secrets when we say that this Orkney (HP) bottling from Signatory Vintage is Highland Park single malt whisky. It matured for 19 years in a 1st-fill Oloroso cask and was bottled at 54.4%. A beautifully balanced and complex dram.
This is a taste of what we can expect from the new Japanese distillery Niigata Kameda. It's new-make spirit, so straight from the still into the 20cl bottles. Distilled from unpeated barley malt, the spirit offers fresh and fruity notes.(55%)
You can immediately see from the colour of this 15-year-old Glendronach that it matured in sherry casks, in this case Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks. The Highland distillery is renowned for its sherried whisky, and rightly so, as is evident here! (46%)
The Chichibu distillery, which opened in 2004, quickly achieved collector 's-item status for its high quality. This also applies to new bottlings like this 7-year-old single malt whisky, a single-cask bottling. (first-fill bourbon barrel, 65.8% ABV).
Spicy, fruity, creamy, silky—a true summer whisky. These are just some of the qualities previous tasters encountered in this Glenmorangie The Infinita. This single malt whisky matured for 18 years in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 43% ABV.
This is a blend of two single malt batches, one distilled in 1988 and the other in 1992, from the Willowbank Distillery nearby New Zealand's Lammerlaw Mountains, which closed in 1997. This whisky has always been in limited supply, but it is now rare! 46%
This Glen Elgin bottling was released in 2020 in the renowned Single Malts of Scotland series. The single malt whisky matured for 13 years in a bourbon cask and is bottled at a cask strength of 56.3%. A dram full of fruit and minerals, a true Speysider.
